Over on Malta situated just outside Anchor bay (the site of Popeye’s village) in 18 - 20m of water is the wreck of a floating bridge type car ferry. The remains of the turntables for turning the cars round may be seen on the decks. It makes a good first wreck dive, and is great for photography. For more experienced divers, the wreck can be penetrated with some caution, and makes an interesting dive. Scorpion fish, Morays and small Grouper can be found amongst the wreckage
